Description Of Offense : Threats
On 7/17/18 at approximately 0950 hours, Officer A was dispatched to 1954 Old Fort Parkway (Planet Fitness) in reference to threats.
Upon arrival the officer made contact with the victim. The victim stated that the suspect, [NAME OMITTED], called in wanting his membership cancelled. The victim began to explain to the suspect the ways to cancel, to which the suspect stated ” Either you can cancel it or I will slit your throat ” and hung up.
The victim stated the suspect called back approximately fifteen minutes later to check the status of his membership. The victim again told him the ways to cancel his membership to which the suspect stated ” I am now on my way there and there will be a bloodbath ” then the hung up again.
The officer spoke with the suspect by phone to which the suspect was advised he was not to be on their ( Planet Fitness ) property nor was he to call anymore. Suspect appeared to understand outcome with Criminal Charges if he did not.
