Description Of Offense : Found Property
On 7/19/2017 at 1453 hours , Officer A was dispatched to 1303 Jones Boulevard ( Mitchell-Neilson Primary ) in reference to a found property call.
On arrival the officer made contact with the complainant who advised that on 7/18/2017 around 1400 hours, she found a bullet laying on the sidewalk behind the school. The bullet was collected and placed into property.
The officer also observed a street sign, in the area where the bullet was found, with a dent consistent with being struck by a bullet however it did not appear to be related.
The complainant was unable to advise of any suspect information a time frame of when the incident occurred.
