Tommy Eugene Hines, Sr, age 74, passed away November 18, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Mt Pleasant, TN and lived most of his life in Rutherford County. Tommy worked for the Rutherford County Schools as a plumber until his retirement after 20 years. He attended Marshall Knob Baptist Church.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Arch James Hines and Edith Hines Warrick Faulkner Otto; brothers, Ronnie Hines, Lonnie Hines, Terry Hines; sister, Sheila Weeks; and granddaughter, Kirstin Hines. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ring Hines; son, Tommy Hines, Jr.; daughters, Sharon (Jeff) Warren, Tammy Perdue; brother, Mickey Hines; sister, Melissa Boston; grandchildren, Kendall Hines, Heather Goins, Tiffany Brown, Crystal North, Ashley Cameron, Emily Warren and Blake Warren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be 12:00 PM until time of memorial service at 2:00 PM, November 21, 2019 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home.
