Ralph Sturgeon Spiker, age 73, passed away June 23, 2020 at St Thomas West Hospital. He was born in Smithfield, PA and has lived in Rutherford County for over 20 years. Ralph served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Letha Isbell Poston Spiker and Ralph Sturgeon Spiker; siblings, Denzil Spiker, Laura Ricco. He is survived by his wife, Karen Spiker; son, Brian Spiker; daughters, Heather Hargrove, Jerri Jean Mitchell-Tharp; brother, Darwin Spiker; and sisters, Nancy Butcher, Rena Defife, Janet Gilbreath and Carol Spiker.
