Mrs. Patricia Kaye “Kaye” Ingram, age 78, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025, in Cookeville, Tennessee. Born on August 2, 1947, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, she lived a life rooted in faith, family, and service to others.

Kaye dedicated her career to working with special needs children in the Williamson County School system. Her compassion and commitment left a lasting impact on the lives of many students and their families. Her work reflected her deep sense of purpose and her unwavering belief in the value of every individual.

Faith was a cornerstone of Kaye’s life. She loved Jesus deeply and carried her beliefs into every aspect of her daily living. Her devotion to God was evident in her kindness, generosity, and the love she shared with those around her.

Kaye cherished her family above all else. She is lovingly remembered by her three children: Mike (Dana) Ingram, Mary (Jorge) Hoyos, and Laura Kinnie; four

grandchildren: Jacob Johnson, Taylor (Zack) Esselman, Kane Ingram, and Jameslynn Jones; and one great-granddaughter: Peyton Esselman. Her legacy continues through them and the values she instilled in each generation. She is also survived by four siblings-Roy Caps, Tony Carter, Tammy Bennett, and Kenneth Delk-as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Kaye was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 35 years, Kenneth Ingram; her mother Margaret Helen Delk; and her father Willie Hue Bowman.

Beyond her professional work and family life, Kaye found joy in music and the companionship of her dogs. These passions added warmth and rhythm to her days and were a source of comfort throughout her life. A woman of enduring faith and love, Kaye leaves behind a legacy of compassion that will continue to inspire all who knew her. May her memory bring peace to those who mourn her passing.

A Graveside Service will be held on October 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Spring Hill Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Pike S. Nashville, TN 37216
