Myrtle Louise Cooper, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Ascension St Thomas West Hospital.
She was born in Bedford County and a resident of Rutherford County.
Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents, Casey and Ollie Burks Farless; husband, Charles Cooper; brother, Estill Ray Farless; and sister, Beatrice Byrd.
She is survived by sons, Bubba (Brenda) Cooper, Allan Cooper; daughter, Malisa (Darrell) Bell; brother, Raymond Farless; sister, Charlotte Jones; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 PM, Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home.
Chapel service will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home with Dr. Lenny Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in Dilton Mankin Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
