Mark Vincent “Buck” Turley 59 of Murfreesboro, TN went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2022.
Mark was born on May 9, 1962, the last baby born at St Clara’s Hospital in Lincoln, IL to Harrison A. and Nola L. (Willmert) Turley. Mark shared his birthday with a great-niece Kaitlynn.
Mark is survived by his Daughters, Erin and Jessica; 3 stepchildren, Jacob, Austin, and Walker Cherry who he loved as his own; 6 siblings: Darnell, Rhonda, Randy, Cinda, Kevin, E Gerian; and 12 Grandchildren. Mark was preceded in death by his Father.
Mark attended Western University after graduating High School for a year. Mark moved to Nashville TN in 1981 where he began to drive an equipment bus for the “Imperials”. Mark continued to drive for several other bands including America, Howie Mandel, Tim McGraw, and Trace Adkins for around 15 years.
A memorial gathering will be held in Murfreesboro on Monday, January 24, 2022 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. A Memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Lincoln, IL at a later date.
