Kenneth Joseph Lewis passed away on December 4, 2021 at his residence in Murfreesboro, TN.
He was a native of New York and has lived in Murfreesboro for several years. Kenneth worked as a carpenter and also served his country in the U.S. Army.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Lewis and Carrie McElroy Lewis; brothers, Edward Lewis, Francis K. Lewis, and William Lewis.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Dorothy Helen Lewis; daughter, Karen and her husband Scot Booth of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Justin Booth, Lindsey Schiller, Jason Babcock, Mathew Babcock, and Kristen Peterson; great-grandchildren, Sarah Runnels, Emily Booth, Sophia Booth, James Schiller, and Ellie Schiller; and great-great-grandchild, Quinn Runnels.
Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 Pm on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home and Cremation. A service will be in New York next weekend.
