With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Jose Luis Chavez, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Jose passed away peacefully, with his faith placed firmly in our Lord Jesus Christ, leaving behind a legacy built on love, strength, and a life well-lived.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Linda; his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom he cherished deeply. Jose was a man of boundless energy and remarkable intelligence, whose life was a testament to perseverance, humor, and generosity of spirit.
He touched many lives—offering insight, encouragement, and laughter to those fortunate enough to know him. Above all, he was dearly loved by all his children, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Jose’s presence was a gift, and his absence will be deeply felt by his family and all who knew him.
A gathering of family and friends for Jose will be held Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, 5350 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129. A service to celebrate will occur Friday, October 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM, 5350 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129. Con profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de José Luis Chávez, un querido esposo, padre, abuelo y bisabuelo. José partió en paz, con una fe puesta en nuestro Señor Jesucristo, dejando un legado construido sobre el amor, la fortaleza y una vida plenamente vivida.
