Joanya Rutledge Crew, age 86, of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018. A native of New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Leslie Rutledge and Lillian Schwartz Rutledge. She is also reunited with the love of her life who she was married to for 62 years, Rufus “Babe” Crew; and her son Terry Lee Crew.
She is survived by her daughters, Sheryl “Sherry” Harrell and her husband Roger, and Mechelle “Mickey” Mathis; grandchildren, Rick Jason Crew, Trayce Mallard Crew, Brent Terry Jay, Justin Crew Jay, and Caylin Jenny Hantz; great grandchildren, Mykah, Finn, Millie Sue, and Charlie Bess; and two brothers, Bertram Rutledge and William Rutledge.
Mrs. Crew cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
