Dolores C. Rommel age 90 died on June 4, 2017 at Maury Regional Medical Center. She was born on December 24, 1926 in Romulus, Michigan.
She married Henry C. Rommel in 1956. They had three children, the late Henry C. Rommel, Jr., The late Allen C. Rommel and Barbara C. (Steve) Stoughton.
She moved to Tennessee in 1991 to be closer to her daughter and her family. She loved living in Tennessee. Her biggest joy in life was being a grandmother to Amanda Stoughton Riley and loved her with all of her heart. One of her best days was seeing the wedding of Amanda to Jason Riley (whom she thought was a good guy) in October 2016. She was happy to know Amanda was marring the love of her life and that Jason would take care of her.
She was a great mother and a very loving grandmother.
She will be laid to rest at a later date next to her husband and her two sons in Christian Memorial Cemetery in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
