Corinne Elizabeth Allain passed away peacefully at her home in Woodbury, Tennessee, on Monday, September 1, 2025. Corinne was born in Hartford, Connecticut, on January 18, 1953 to John and Adele McGarry.
She spent many years in South Florida, where she worked at the Toll Plaza on the Florida Turnpike. She also worked as a server for Cracker Barrel. She eventually made her way to middle Tennessee and retired from Cracker Barrel. Her big, beautiful smile would light up any room. She made everyone feel accepted and loved, no matter what!
She loved going to Miami Dolphins football games, any type of gathering, concerts, and most of all, the Great Smoky Mountains. Her favorite place was Cades Cove inside the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. She was a wonderful cook and baker. She loved getting the family together for Thanksgiving and Christmas. She also loved to hear the words “Are you on Green?” This meant a quick trip up to Kentucky to do a little gambling on her favorite slot machines.
Corinne is preceded in death by her Father John and Mother Adele. She is survived by 3 Sisters: Patsy (Steven) Tweedle, Jackie (Kim) Taylor, and Liz, 2 Sons: John Weaver, Jeffrey (Kim) Weaver, and a Daughter: Jennifer (Cookie) Allain, 6 Grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
There are no arrangements in place at this time.
