OBITUARY: Charles Evan Borchardt

Charles E. Borchardt, Nashville, Tennessee, was born on May 3, 1949 in Wausau, Wisconsin. He graduated from Wausau Senior High and went on to work at several places of employment. His last place of employment was Job Services, the Fraudulent Claims Department, in Madison, Wisconsin. He worked there for over 30 years.

His favorite past-times were fishing and bowling until his health declined and he could no longer partake in them any longer. Other things he enjoyed were playing cribbage, watching sports on television (especially hockey), reading, and listening to music.

He is survived by one sister, Cheryl (Gary) Filber of Wausau; two nices, Jessica Zahrt and her family of Kronenwetter, Wisconsin and Katie Rozek of Las Vegas, Nevada; a brother-in-law, Robert Munn of Las Vegas; and extended family, Dustin Eron of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and Krystina Eron and her family of Florida.

There will be a celebration of Charles’ life at a later date in Wausau, Wisconsin.

We would like to thank all of the individuals and friends of Charles in both Nashville and in Wausau who made his life easier and for their friendship. We would also like to thank the doctors and the medical staff at the medical facilities and Alive Hospice for all lof their patience and care they gave to Charles in the last weeks of his life.
