
Beverly J Black (Lu Lu) born July 26, 1950, in Murfreesboro, TN, went to her eternal home on April 13th, 2025.
Beverly was a woman of many characters. She adored her family and any time spent with them was never enough. Her love for animals was beyond words and she even had a tendency to bring in strays. Beverly was definitely one of a kind.
Her legacy will live on through her daughter Betty (Amanda) McCullough.
Beverly is survived by her brother Ernie Johns; nephews Jeremy Johns and PJ Johns; great nieces and nephews; and daughters-in-law Jennifer Black and Tammy Pate. She is also survived by her granddaughters Natasha Black, Tiffany Whaley, Darian Black, and Crystal Radford along with 4 great-grandchildren and a stepdaughter Savannah Benson.
She is preceded in death by her one and only son Carl M Black.
A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 2:30pm until 5:30pm at The Wilderness Station, located at 401 Volunteer Road Murfreesboro, TN 37128.
