Oakland Patriots Continue March To Title

Oakland Dominant…Again

The undefeated Oakland Patriots played host to the Science Hill Hilltoppers in the TSSAA second round 6-A playoffs.

From the Patriots first play on offense, which resulted in a touchdown, the tempo was set for the night to come. The Hilltoppers, hailing from Johnson City, Tennessee, would respond on the subsequent drive with a score of their own. With the Hilltoppers riding high the Patriots would step on the gas, scoring 21 in the blink of an eye, extending their lead to 28-7.

It wouldn’t get any easier for the Hilltoppers as the final score was 49-7. Oakland faces Hardin Valley at home Friday night. HVA was a 17-14 winner over Riverdale.
