February 5, 2025 – Fatal Accident Crash Team investigators have charged and arrested a Murfreesboro man in the fatal crash on Middle Tennessee Blvd. on Feb. 1.
Ewarth Chesney, 50, of Murfreesboro, is facing two-counts of vehicular homicide, and aggravated assault (recklessness).
35-year-old Sylvio Victor from Antioch died at the scene. A 5-year-old child died from injuries five days later.
The crash remains under investigation.
