UPDATE: Multiple charges were filed against a Rutherford County man suspected of dumping a mattress last Saturday off Florence Road.
Suspect Calvin Mosby, 29, of Murfreesboro was charged with aggravated criminal littering, altering or falsifying registration and tampering with evidence Friday, Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office detectives reported.
Mosby was booked into Rutherford County Adult Detention Center where he was relelased on $5,000 bond. A hearing is set June 18 in General Sessions Court.
