On September 15, 2025, La Vergne Police Department officers responded to the Nashville Edge Apartments on Waldron Road regarding a domestic assault.
LPD Narcotics Investigators were notified and responded to the scene, where they recognized one of the individuals involved as being the subject of an ongoing narcotics investigation. Investigators observed evidence of drug activity in plain view and obtained a search warrant for the residence.
The search resulted in the seizure of:
-663 Gabapentin capsules (Schedule V controlled substance)
-45.2 grams of marijuana
-AR-15 rifle
-$3,302 in suspected drug proceeds
-4 Oxycodone pills
-Multiple sets of digital scales and baggies consistent with drug sales
The suspect was arrested and charged with:
-Manufacture/Deliver/Sale of Schedule V and VI
-Simple Possession of Schedule II
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony
-Maintaining a Dwelling for Drug Use
