Rutherford County has returned to D0, or normal conditions, under the City of La Vergne’s Drought Management Plan, and all Phase 2 water restrictions have been lifted.
City officials said residents may resume normal water use, as there are no water restrictions currently in place.
The city will continue monitoring drought conditions in coordination with state and federal agencies. If conditions worsen, La Vergne will implement the appropriate phase of its Drought Management Plan and notify residents through the city’s website, Channel 3, and official social media channels.
