
Along with the beginning of the new fiscal year, the business hours at La Vergne City buildings will be returning to a regular Monday-Friday schedule.
City Hall (5093 Murfreesboro Road), Public Works (148 International Blvd), Parks and Recreation (294 Sand Hill Road) and the Codes, Engineering, Planning and Stormwater Building (5175 Murfreesboro Road) will be open from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, starting Tuesday, July 9th.
The Police Department Records Division (5093 Murfreesboro Road) will remain open between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. The Library (5063 Murfreesboro Road) will remain open between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Friday and between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday each week. Hours at the La Vergne Senior Center (337 Stones River Road) will remain on the Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. schedule.
At City Hall, there are other options available for people who are unable to make various payments during business hours. For water billing, citizens can pay over the phone, online or by leaving a payment in the drop box at the water billing drive-thru. For the tax department, payments can be left in the drop box located at the north side of City Hall across from the Police Department. For court, payments can be made online or they can also be left in the drop box on the north side of City Hall across from the Police Department.
