Jay Leno visited Nashville to film an episode of “Jay Leno’s Garage.” He stopped by the Lane Museum on Murfreesboro Road which houses the Nissan Heritage Collection. This rarely seen collection is not open to the public but in the video, you can watch as Leno gets a history of Nissan’s cars.
And just before leaving, Leno takes a 1960 Datsun 1200 sedan out on the road, a car with no radio, 4-speed on the column and only 1300 of this model were sold. In the video, you can see landmarks on Murfreesboro Road close to the Lane Museum.
Leno will return to Nashville for The 2019 Nashville Comedy Festival, which brings together two iconic comedians. Jay Leno and Jeff Foxworthy are set to take the stage for a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ event at The Opry House.
This special event is exclusive to Nashville, as it will be the first time and only place to see both artists share the stage. The legendary “clean comedy” entertainers will perform at The Opry House on Sunday, April 14.
