Jack Brown’s Joint is open at 113 N Maple St in Historic Downtown Murfreesboro and it’s hoppin’!
This is the second Tennessee for the primarily Southeastern based franchise. There is currently one in Nashville in Germantown also.
Jack Brown’s claim to fame are their 10o % All Natural Wagyu Beef. Wagyu beef, also known as American-Style Kobe beef, is the result of cross breeding Japanese Wagyu cattle with Angus cattle. Kobe meat is highly sought after because of intense marbling and high percentage of oleaginous unsaturated fat. Want to buy kobe beef? The name Kobe is reserved exclusively to describe cattle raised in the Kobe region of Japan. Wagyu cattle raised outside of Kobe must be identified as Wagyu or Kobe-style.
Daily “Burger Specials” are included in a menu that includes daily favorites like “The Elvis” topped with, you guessed it, peanut butter. Or there are plenty of spicy opportunities on the menu . Just in time for Halloween, there’s “The Shocker” Fresh jalapeños, fresh habaneros, Pepper jack cheese, and shocker sauce.
Rotating taps will highlight local craft beers for the discernible palate, and you can even end the night with a fried oreo.
