Grogan Jewelers by Lon opened its first location in Tennessee in the CoolSprings Galleria recently, expanding locations from the original site in Florence, Ala., to Huntsville and now to Franklin.
As a celebration of the opening, the store held a ribbon cutting with Williamson, Inc., on hand to welcome the new business to Franklin.
Grogan Jewelers by Lon has been a family business for almost 100 years. Known in northern Alabama as the place “where north Alabama gets engaged,” according to the Grogan Jewelers website.
The company philosophy is to make everyone feel comfortable when shopping in Grogan stores. Specifically, the company mission statement says, “We do whatever it takes to make our customers happy.”
Offerings in the store include bridal engagement rings, necklaces, fashion jewelry, men’s rings and watches. They also offer on-site jewelry repair which can often be completed the same day. In 2014, Grogan Jewelers was voted “Coolest Store in America” by Instore Magazine.
Grogan Jewelers by Lon adds to the growing list of independently owned stores in the mall. It joins Molly Green and the newly opened Woops Macarons Nashville on that list.
Grogan Jewelers by Lon is located on the lower level of the CoolSprings Galleria across from the Apple store. Hours of operation are Monday – Saturday 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Follow Grogan Jewelers by Lon on Facebook for the latest updates.
