Miller’s Grocery Restaurant and Goodwin Plumbing are teaming up for a Cystic Fibrosis (CF) fundraiser on Saturday, July 25, in Downtown Christiana from 4-7 p.m.
The event, held near 7027 Main Street, will feature live music, food, and family-friendly fun. Ten percent of purchases at Miller’s Grocery will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Middle Tennessee in honor of Madilynn Goodwin.
Goodwin Plumbing owner John Goodwin and his wife, Becca, are supporting the fundraiser after their daughter, Madilynn, was born with cystic fibrosis and requires daily medication. The family supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s research efforts with the hope of finding better treatments and eventually a cure for the disease.
Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and enjoy an evening of music, community, and giving back while supporting an important cause.
