Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 1 tangelo or small orange, juiced
- 4 tsp. Georgia Peach Spice
- 4 small sprigs of mint
- 3 oz. gin
- crushed ice
- soda water
Directions
In a cocktail shaker or large pint glass, muddle peach slices (no need to peel) with tangelo juice, Georgia Peach Spice and 2 sprigs of mint until well blended. Add gin and a handful ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain to desired consistency (we like some of the peach pulp in the drink) into glasses full of ice and top with soda water. Garnish with remaining mint sprigs and strips of tangelo peel if desired.
