A Murfreesboro woman is free on bond after a rollover crash on Interstate 65 this weekend which led to her arrest for driving under the influence.
Franklin Police Department officers responded to the crash on I-65 North near mile marker 68 at 10:20 p.m. Saturday. When they arrived, officers determined that the vehicle driven by Lauren Pritikin, 29, struck another vehicle from behind and then drove off the roadway and into a guardrail before flipping over and landing on its roof.
Officers determined that Pritikin was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Emergency personnel transported her to the Williamson Medical Center with minor injuries.
After being released from the hospital, authorities arrested Pritikin for DUI and booked her into the Williamson County Jail.
She is free on the $2,500 bond set by the Magistrate and due in court on Oct. 3
