  SMITH...STEWART...SUMNER...TROUSDALE...WAYNE...WILLIAMSON AND

* FROM 1 AM CDT THURSDAY THROUGH 1 AM CDT FRIDAY

* WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT
  THROUGH THURSDAY WILL LEAD TO LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL OF 2 TO 4
  INCHES WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS. INTENSE RAINFALL RATES MAY LEAD TO
  SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

* FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE WITH THE HEAVIEST DOWNPOURS...LEADING
  TO QUICK FLOODING OF ROADS...POOR DRAINAGE AREAS...AND OTHER
  LOW LYING LOCATIONS.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
