Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department crews responded to a reported gas leak at a commercial building on Memorial Boulevard.
The incident occurred after business hours, and officials said the building was unoccupied at the time. At the request of Atmos Gas, firefighters ventilated the structure to clear the gas.
Once the building was deemed safe, it was turned back over to Atmos Gas and the tenant.
No injuries were reported.
