A fire was reported at the Ramada Inn, 1855 S. Church St. Thursday night.
Upon arrival, responding crews found an electrical outlet in a breezeway burning. The fire was quickly extinguished by MFRD. Smoke was removed from the hallways, and occupants were instructed to shelter in place during the process.
Fortunately, there were no injuries, and the building remains open for business.
