As part of the Middle Tennessee Boulevard road widening project, the following changes have been made at the intersection of Faulkinberry Drive and Middle Tennessee Boulevard. These changes have been made to improve traffic flow through the area.
• Southbound Middle Tennessee Boulevard traffic – traffic headed toward East Main Street from Greenland Drive – is no longer permitted to turn left onto Faulkinberry Drive.
• Faulkinberry Drive traffic is no longer permitted to turn left (south toward East Main Street) onto Middle Tennessee Boulevard.
These changes are effectively immediately and permanently. These changes also result in the removal of the traffic lights at that intersection.
