For another week, quarterback Ethan Cobb was enough to keep Eagleville unbeaten.
Cobb (pictured above) completed 13-of-22 throws for 138 yards and a touchdown, and added 14 carries for 77 yards and two more scores on the ground, leading the Eagles to a 21-20 overtime victory over Forrest.
Receiver Graham Hatcher was again a favorite target, as he caught seven balls for 64 yards.
Eagleville (3-0) matched its win total from all of last season, and upset the team some felt was the favorite to win Region 5-2A.
Josh Wallman and Aaden Leathers each had three tackles for Eagleville.
Forrest took a 7-0 lead with 2:52 left in the first quarter, but the game was tied at half.
