Waldron Road near Jones Boulevard in La Vergne is closed after a crash involving a semi-truck and a dump truck Friday afternoon.
The La Vergne Police Department said officers responded to the crash around 2 p.m. No injuries were reported.
The roadway is expected to open by 5pm.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible, use an alternate route and watch for emergency crews working along the roadway. The road will reopen once the scene has been cleared.
