Duluth Trading Co, the lifestyle brand offering high quality, solution-based casual wear, workwear and accessories for men and women who lead a hands-on lifestyle, is expanding into Nashville.
The Belleville, WI based company is planning to open a brick and mortar store in downtown Nashville, reports the Nashville Business Journal.
Nashville Business Journal reports that the Metro Historic Zoning Commission approved a sign for the company at 134 Second Avenue North stating,”Duluth Trading Men’s & Women’s Gear.”
No other details are known at this time about the new storefront. This would be the first location for the retailer in the state of Tennessee with the next closest store in Louisville, KY.
Duluth Trading Co began in 1989 when two brothers, who worked in construction, wanted to create a simpler way for transporting tools. Duluth’s original business strategy was mail order catalog with a focus on tool storage, organization and transport. Over the years, the company expanded their product line and now has a thriving online business and 39 retail stores.
