Drivers should expect daily road closures on a portion of Rock Springs Road as crews begin work on a water main extension project.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 3, through Monday, Aug. 10, Rock Springs Road between Imperial Boulevard and David Collins Drive will be closed each day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The road will reopen each evening after 5 p.m.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes, allow extra travel time and use caution when traveling near the work zone while the infrastructure improvements are underway.
