In observance of the New Year’s Day holiday, Murfreesboro offices and some recreational facilities will be closed Monday, January 2, 2017.
All Parks and Recreation facilities, including Sports*Com, Patterson Park Community Center, McFadden Community Center, Wilderness Station, Cannonsburgh Village, Adams Tennis Complex, and Bradley Academy will be closed Sunday, January 1, 2017.
The Parks & Recreation Main Office, Cannonsburgh Village and Bradley Academy will also be closed Monday, January 2, 2017. All other Parks facilities will be open regular hours.
Adams Tennis Complex will be open regular hours Friday, December 30, 2016, closing at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 31 and closing all day Monday, January 2, 2017.
Old Fort and VA Golf Courses will be closed on New Year’s Day Sunday, January 1, 2017.
There will be no garbage pick-up on Monday, January 2, 2017. Monday’s scheduled garbage pick-up will be moved to Tuesday, January 3. Tuesday’s garbage pick-up will be moving to Wednesday, January 4.
City business offices will resume their regular hours of operation, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.
