Started by Stacy Brown out of her kitchen, Chicken Salad Chick has become a popular Southern franchise. Today, Tuesday October 11, they will open their doors in Murfreesboro. This is only the second Chicken Salad Chick to open in Tennessee. They will be the second tenant in the new Parkway Plaza on Medical Center Parkway.
The menu? Well, the menu is quite different and features… you guessed it …chicken salad! Here’s some of the items that peaked our interest:
Olivia’s Old South: A southern tradition combining sweet pickles & egg.
Barbie-Q A hickory smoked BBQ flavor that is sure to please.
Kickin’ Kay Lynne This flavor powerhouse is a combination of buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese & jalapenos all in one
For those not desiring chicken salad…..sandwiches, soups, and pimento cheese are available.
