What Can you Take to Pilgrimage Festival?

In just a few days, Franklin will host the second annual Pilgrimage Festival  at Harlinsdale Farm. Tickets are still available online or you may purchase your ticket at the gate. As everyone prepares for an incredible two-day event, we have what you need to bring and what you need to know about the festival.

Weather

The Festival will go on rain or shine. Come prepared with bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, raincoat or poncho. Bring a water bottle to be refilled at Pilgrimage.

Items Allowed in the Festival

small digital or disposable camera

Items Not Allowed in the Festival

glass containers admitted
alcohol
food
inflatables (beach balls, footballs, volleyballs, etc.)
beach umbrellas or anything that could obstruct the view of others
knives/weapons/guns
chains/chain wallets
tents
laser pointers
SLRs or professional cameras with removable lenses(only small digital cameras or disposable cameras allowed)
pets (with the exception of service animals)
drugs & drug paraphernalia
large backpacks
musical equipment/instruments
fireworks / paper lanterns etc.
bicycles (free bicycle parking is available OUTSIDE the festival gates)
drones

Entry & Re-Entry to the Festival 

Patrons will be allowed exit and re-entry privileges.

Entrance into the entertainment area is controlled by security, and festival and ticketing personnel. All entrants must wear a valid event wristband. All entrants are subject to pat down and bag search upon entering the entertainment area. Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival reserves the right to search all people and property to ensure the security of all person in attendance.

Smoking Policy 

Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival encourages a smoke-free environment and asks that you respect the health of your fellow fest-goers and refrain from smoking in any area where it may affect someone else. Smoking is prohibited under all tents and inside buildings. Please find an isolated area if you must smoke, and dispose of your butts properly.

Alcohol Policy 

No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Over 21 ID wristbands will be available upon entering the festival at a designated location, please have your ID available at all times.

Persons will not be allowed to enter the festival if they are intoxicated or pose a threat to themselves or others. Persons found to be intoxicated in the entertainment space will be escorted out without refund.

Pet Policy 

No pets will be allowed with the exception of service animals. Certified service animals that are trained to assist an individual with a disability are allowed at Pilgrimage. Service animals must be under the control of their owner at all times. They must remain on-leash and next to their owner at all times. Pets and other animals are not allowed on the festival grounds.
