Local Living: 5 Things to do This Week

1. Charity Chopped in the Boro 2019

WHAT: Local top chefs and celebrities form teams and go head-to-head in a chopped style cooking competition to benefit three local charities that work to help residents in Rutherford County. The objectives are simple, raise money for charity, eat amazing food, and watch grown adults scramble to create winning dishes from random ingredients while trash-talking each other for our amusement.

Local food experts will choose the winning chef team and their chosen charity will receive $5,000 dollars to help them with their outreach efforts. Guests will enjoy food and dessert selections from local restaurants and bakeries and get to vote for their fan favorites.
