2019 Veterans Day Food Freebies and Deals


Here are freebies and deals for Veterans Day.

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar

This Monday, 11/11, Veterans & Active Duty servicemen and women receive a free BD’s All American Burger & side with valid Military ID (pictured above)

Cracker Barrel

Both veterans and active duty military members can settle in at Cracker Barrel on November 11 for some soul food and a free slice of double chocolate fudge coca-cola cake or pumpkin pie latte.

Those not in the service but looking to support the military will have 10% of their purchase on select rockers donated to Operation Homefront, a national nonprofit organization supporting military families.


The donut and coffee-chain is offering all veterans and active duty military members a free donut of their choice on November 11. The deal is good in-store only and is not available for orders placed on the Dunkin’ mobile app.

Additionally, the first 50 eligible customers at participating locations will receive a thank you card written by members of A Million Thanks, a nonprofit organizations that supports service members. Dunkin’ is also donating $10,000 to the organization in observation of the holiday.

Red Lobster

Active duty members and veterans can take a trip to Red Lobster this Veteran’s Day and receive a free appetizer or dessert from a limited menu. Items included in the deal may vary by store, but the chain is advertising selections like coconut shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, cheesecake and more. Guests must show a valid military ID or proof of service to redeem the offer.

Chili’s Bar and Grill

Chili’s is offering a free meal to veterans and active service members on November 11. Applicable entrees are from a limited menu and include quesadillas, pasta, burgers and more. The offer is only available for dine-in and participants must show proof of service.

Logan’s Roadhouse

Logan’s Roadhouse is inviting all active-duty and retired U.S. military personnel to enjoy a free meal from of the American Roadhouse menu. This offer is available from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at all Logan’s Roadhouse restaurants nationwide.


All veterans and active duty military personnel, and their family, will receive a free cup of brewed coffee at participating Starbucks stores. The beverage chain is also donating 25 cents for every cup sold nationwide to nonprofits Team Rubicon and Team Red, White and Blue.

Krispy Kreme

Veterans get one free doughnut and one free coffee.


On Monday, Nov. 11, all retired and active military personnel who are in uniform or show a military ID at any local McDonald’s will receive a free Extra Value Meal.

Red Robin

Active duty members and veterans can bring their proof of service to Red Robin and enjoy a free tavern double burger with bottomless steak fries on Veteran’s Day. The offer is valid on dine-in only orders and does not count toward the restaurant’s loyalty program.
