Sinomax USA, a small business in LaVergne, TN manufacturing mattress toppers, mattresses and pillows, previously made in China, is in the process of adding 350 jobs to their local factory as part of Walmart’s commitment to buy an additional $250 billion is products supporting American jobs by 2023. In addition, out of thousands of companies, Sinomax won Walmart’s first “Investing in American Jobs Supplier Challenge” award last week for Walmart suppliers who demonstrate active local job creation, financial investment and/or creative approaches to expanding U.S. manufacturing.

By investing in products that support American jobs, we are able to bring new products to our shelves that our customers want—and new jobs to our communities. Increasing domestic manufacturing will help create additional jobs in the U.S. – that’s good for American businesses.
